What you earn commission on
Your tier rate applies to everything a referred customer pays NeuroViz, for the entire life of that customer:
- Every credit pack purchase
- Every individual app purchase, including the AI Video Creator
- Every Pro membership payment, including all renewals
No carve-outs, no exclusions, no recurring-vs-one-time math. If they pay NeuroViz, you earn your rate.
How attribution works
When someone clicks your affiliate link, they’re tagged to you for 90 days. If they create a NeuroViz account within that window, they’re credited to you for life — every purchase they ever make pays you your tier rate, with no expiry on the relationship.
The 90-day window controls who counts as your referral. It’s a separate clock from your tier ladder — your tier is based on lifetime sales and never resets.
Payouts — monthly, $25 minimum
A sale confirms once it has been paid and cleared 30 days with no refund. Confirmed commissions pay out in the next monthly run, on or around the 5th of the month. Balances under $25 roll forward to the following month. If a customer refunds or charges back after confirmation, the related commission is reversed.
Discount code for affiliates with a large audience
Affiliates whose audience is over 10,000 receive a 20% off coupon to share with their followers — your audience saves, you still earn your tier rate on their purchases. Submit proof of audience size (channel analytics screenshot, subscriber count, etc.) in your affiliate dashboard and we’ll issue the code within 48 hours.

Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission. If the refund lands within 30 days, the commission never confirms. If it lands after the commission was already paid out, it's deducted from your next monthly balance (clawback).
