About NeuroViz

NeuroViz is an AI product photography platform built for jewelry. It is run by four people who spent the previous twenty years on the other side of the camera, teaching photographers how to shoot the exact products the AI now handles.

Twenty years before the first line of code

We started in professional product photography. For over 20 years our team built and ran Photigy, one of the largest online schools for commercial product photographers, with an audience of more than two million. We trained thousands of photographers. We shot for brands. We knew lighting, composition and post-production inside out.

That matters here for one reason: jewelry is the hardest thing in the studio. Metal throws light back at you, stones bend it, and a single wrong reflection makes a real ring look fake. We spent two decades solving that by hand before we tried to solve it with a model.

Why general AI breaks on jewelry

When AI image tools arrived, we tested them on the work we knew best. Metals looked melted. Gemstones lost their color. Prongs disappeared, and sometimes a stone appeared that was never on the piece. The technology was powerful, but it had no idea how light behaves on precious materials, and no idea that changing the product is not an option when someone is trying to sell it.

So we built NeuroViz

Our models learned from a proprietary dataset of more than 50,000 professional product images. They understand that gold reflects light differently than silver, that a sapphire behaves differently than a diamond under the same light, and that the details are the product.

NeuroViz does not generate fake jewelry. It retouches and enhances the photo of the piece you actually made, keeping it accurate while delivering studio quality. In seconds instead of hours.

The four of us

No outside investors, no agency, no team we have never met. Four co-founders with roughly seventy years of combined experience across photography, engineering, marketing and finance.

Alex Koloskov, co-founder and CEO of NeuroViz

Alex Koloskov

Co-founder & CEO

Founder and lead instructor of Photigy. Twenty-plus years shooting product and jewelry for brands, and ten years as a software engineer at Verizon Wireless before that. The rare photographer who can also build the system that replaces him.

Yura Loznewski, co-founder and CTO of NeuroViz

Yura Loznewski

Co-founder & CTO

Ten-plus years in software engineering and cloud architecture, with a background in machine learning and big data. Built the platform that runs thousands of image and video generations a day without anyone watching it.

Genia Larionova, co-founder and COO of NeuroViz

Genia Larionova

Co-founder & COO

Co-founded Photigy in 2006 and has run it for twenty years. Twenty-plus years in marketing, management and photo retouching. She has retouched jewelry by hand for a living, which is why every model gets judged by a retoucher's eye before it ships.

Robert Webster, co-founder and CFO of NeuroViz

Robert Webster

Co-founder & CFO

Licensed CPA, fintech entrepreneur and investor, multi-state NMLS mortgage loan originator and a California real estate broker. Keeps the pricing honest and the company boring in the places a company should be boring.
