NeuroViz Shopify App: Setup and User Guide
NeuroViz Jewelry AI Retouching brings NeuroViz into your Shopify admin. Retouch product photos, place jewelry on models, and create styled scenes and product videos, then add the results straight to your products. This guide takes you from install to your first image on a product, and covers credits, uninstalling and support.

01What the App Does
The app puts NeuroViz's jewelry photography tools inside your Shopify admin, on a page called AI Studio. Start from a product photo, pick a tool and generate. Finished images and videos go straight into your product's media, so there is nothing to download and upload again.

02Before You Start
- A Shopify store where you can install apps.
- Product photos to work with: the ones already on your products, or new ones you upload.
- Nothing else. You don't need a NeuroViz account, an API key or a membership: installing the app sets up your store's NeuroViz account automatically.
The app is in English, and charges are in US dollars.
03Install the App
Takes about 2 minutes
Open the listing
Go to NeuroViz Jewelry AI Retouching on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
Approve the permissions
Shopify shows what the app can access. It can view your products, add images and videos to them, and save files to your store. It can't see your customers, orders or theme.
Open AI Studio
The app opens in your Shopify admin on the AI Studio page. Next time, open it from Apps in your admin.
04Create Your First Image
From photo to product page
Pick a tool
On the AI Studio home, pick Retouch, Jewelry Try-On, Fashion, Creative or Video. The first time, a short tour shows you around; replay it any time with the ? button.
Add a photo
Upload a photo, or click Browse library to use a photo from one of your products.
Generate
Adjust the settings if you like, then click Generate. The button shows the credit cost before you run it.
Use the result
Compare the result with Before / After, then click Export to download it or Add to product to put it on a product. Every result is also kept in the Gallery tab.
05What You Can Create
AI Studio has these tabs:

Each tool shows its credit cost on the Generate button, based on the tool and the settings you pick.
06Add Results to Your Products
Click Add to product on a result, or on any item in the Gallery. If the photo came from one of your products, that product is already selected; otherwise click Choose product.
- For images, Add to gallery adds the image to the product's media, and Set as featured also makes it the main product image.
- Videos are added to the product's media.
- Your existing product photos are never removed.
07Credits and Billing
- Every new store gets 80 free credits, valid for one month after install.
- Buy more on the Credits page: pick $50, $100, $200 or $500, or drag the slider anywhere from $10 to $1,000. Larger purchases cost less per credit.
- Click the buy button, then approve the one-time charge on Shopify's page. The credits are added to your balance, and the charge is billed through Shopify in USD.
- Purchased credits are valid for 12 months.
- There's no subscription and no monthly fee.
The Credits page also shows your recent usage and purchase history.
08Uninstalling and Reinstalling
Images and videos you added to products stay on your products. Uninstalling clears the app's Gallery, uploads and settings.
Your remaining credits stay with your store: reinstall on the same store and they're still there. The free install credits are given once per store.

10Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a NeuroViz account or an API key to use the Shopify app?
No. Installing the app sets up a NeuroViz account for your store automatically. You don't need an API key, a NeuroViz membership or a separate sign-up.
Can I use my app.neuroviz.ai credits in the Shopify app?
No. The Shopify app has its own balance for your store. Credits, plans and generations from app.neuroviz.ai don't carry over to the Shopify app, in either direction.
Does the app change or delete my existing product photos?
No. Add to product only adds new images and videos to a product's media, and your existing photos are never removed. Set as featured makes the new image the main product image.
What can the app access in my store?
Your products and the files it saves to your store. It can't see your customers, orders or theme.
Is there a subscription?
No. The app is free to install, every new store gets 80 free credits, and you buy more with one-time purchases from $10 to $1,000, billed through Shopify.
What happens to my credits if I uninstall the app?
