NeuroViz Affiliate Program — Terms

These terms govern participation in the NeuroViz Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to them.

Eligibility & approval. Affiliate accounts are subject to review and approval by NeuroViz. We may decline or revoke participation at our discretion.
Commission rates. Commissions are paid as a percentage of the referred customer's qualifying payment, by tier: Silver 25%, Gold 35%, Elite 40%. Tiers are determined by the affiliate's cumulative confirmed referred sales and are not reduced once attained.
Commission duration (12 months). An affiliate earns commission on a referred customer's qualifying payments for twelve (12) months from that customer's first qualifying purchase made through the affiliate's link. Payments made after this 12-month period do not generate commission. Commissions are not lifetime or perpetual.
Attribution. Referrals are attributed on a last-click basis using a 30-day cookie. Where multiple affiliates are involved, the most recent referral link prior to purchase is credited.
Holding period & refunds. Commissions are held in a pending state for 30 days and become payable only after they clear this period. Commissions tied to refunded, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions are reversed or forfeited.
Payouts. The minimum payout balance is $50. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer to the details the affiliate provides; the affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any applicable taxes.
Prohibited conduct. No self-referrals, no bidding on NeuroViz trademarks in paid search, no spam, no misleading claims, and no cookie-stuffing or incentivized/fraudulent clicks. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
Coupons & promotional credits. Custom coupon codes and promotional credits are discretionary and provided only to approved partners on agreed terms.
Changes. NeuroViz may modify the program, commission rates, tiers, duration, or these terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Changes apply prospectively.
Currency. All amounts are in USD.
