Pricing questions
How do the plans work?
Studio, Business and Scale are subscriptions that add a fixed number of credits to your account every billing cycle at a lower rate per credit than pay-as-you-go. Monthly plans add the credits each month; annual plans cost 10 months (2 months free) and add the whole year's credits upfront. Every plan includes Pro Membership: expert support, Smart Retry, batch processing and API access. Unused plan credits expire at the end of each cycle, and you can switch plans or cancel anytime — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades and monthly/annual switches take effect at your next renewal.
What happens to unused plan credits?
Plan credits are a per-period allowance: on a monthly plan, whatever is left resets when the plan renews (they do not carry over); on an annual plan the whole year's credits are granted upfront and stay valid until the annual renewal. Credits you buy separately — pay-as-you-go packs and plan-rate top-offs — are not affected and never expire while your plan is active.
Can I buy extra credits on a plan?
Yes. While your plan is active you can top off at your plan's flat per-credit rate ($0.020 on Studio, $0.0167 on Business, $0.0152 on Scale). Top-off credits never expire while your plan is active; if you cancel, they stay valid for 12 months after your plan ends.
When do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Buying any new pack resets the clock on all existing credits. Pro members: credits never expire while your membership is active. We email you reminders at 60 and 30 days before any pack is set to expire.
Do I need Pro to use the apps?
No. Every app, resolution, and video generation is available to all users with credits. Pro adds expert support, API access, batch processing, and unlimited credit validity.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Yes — you can request a refund within 5 days of a credit purchase, as long as you have not used any of the credits from that purchase. Once even one credit from the pack has been spent, that purchase is no longer eligible. Email support@neuroviz.ai and we will take care of it.
